Load file per Drag´n´Drop onto app´s icon!!!

I like your tool very much...
but it does NOT open a files which I "Drag and Drop" onto the program´s icon on my desktop?!

- Windows 10 Pro 1909 and 1809, tested on 3 different machines... :-(
